Website Terms

These terms govern access to the public MirrorFoundry website and its invitation-only client access entry. Customer services, source-data processing, production workspaces, fees, and service commitments require separate signed agreements.

Product-preview notice: these public website terms identify the MirrorFoundry brand and European operating region only and are not a legal-compliance certification. MirrorFoundry does not offer public registration. The client sign-in entry is for users already authorised for a provisioned customer workspace; it is not an offer of a free or self-service account.

1. Acceptance and scope

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Website Terms and the Privacy Notice. If you use the site for an organisation, you represent that you have authority to act for it.

These terms apply to public content, assessment inquiries, published planning ranges, and the client-access entry. Any implementation, data processing, model evaluation, workspace, support commitment, warranty, fee, service level, or production obligation is governed by the applicable executed agreement, order form, SOW, and related terms. Signed customer terms control if they conflict with these Website Terms.

2. Eligibility and permitted use

The website is intended for business evaluation by adults able to form a binding agreement. You may use it to learn about MirrorFoundry, assess fit, contact us, review public materials, or reach a workspace you are authorised to use.

You may not interfere with, probe, overload, reverse engineer, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems; introduce malware or automated abuse; misrepresent identity or authority; infringe third-party rights; or submit credentials, personal data, confidential records, model weights, or production data through a public inquiry.

3. Invitation-only client access

There is no public signup. Customer access is issued only to users invited or approved for an existing customer relationship. The sign-in page requires valid customer credentials and establishes a time-limited session before a protected client page can be viewed.

You must protect credentials and authentication factors, use only your own account, report suspected compromise, and stop using access when authorisation ends. You may not share invitations, bypass identity or tenant controls, or access another customer environment. Customer administrators are responsible for keeping membership and roles current. MirrorFoundry may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect customers, systems, or legal obligations.

4. Services, published pricing, and orders

Website descriptions and the Pricing page are general information, not a binding offer or promise of availability. Published amounts are non-binding planning ranges in euros and may exclude tax, travel, third-party licences, unusual assurance work, and usage above an agreed allowance.

The website currently describes a readiness assessment starting at €6,000, a validation pilot starting at €24,000, and a production workspace starting at €3,000 per month plus agreed usage. A price, scope, acceptance criterion, timeline, or service commitment becomes binding only in a signed quote, order form, or SOW. No purchase or payment is completed through this public website.

5. Synthetic data and model-simulation limitations

Synthetic data is not automatically anonymous, risk-free, accurate, representative, unbiased, fit for a particular purpose, or exempt from data-protection or sector-specific law. Results depend on source data, generator configuration, holdout design, privacy tests, intended use, model task, and acceptance thresholds. Synthetic data may preserve source bias, omit rare conditions, create implausible records, or expose information if a model overfits.

Model simulations and example metrics are evidence inputs, not guarantees of model safety, fairness, regulatory approval, or real-world performance. Customers remain responsible for independent review, lawful use, human oversight, and decisions made with data or models unless signed terms allocate a specific responsibility differently.

6. Content, intellectual property, and feedback

The website, MirrorFoundry name and visual identity, text, software, interface examples, graphics, and other materials are owned by MirrorFoundry or its licensors and protected by applicable law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to view and use the public site for lawful business evaluation.

Examples, validation screens, ROI outputs, workflows, and AI descriptions are illustrative. Feedback may be used to improve MirrorFoundry, provided it contains no confidential information or material you are not authorised to share.

7. Third-party sites, providers, and systems

The website or client-access flow may refer or link to third-party products, identity providers, websites, models, or data systems. Those third parties control their own services, terms, security, privacy, and availability. A reference does not imply endorsement, guaranteed integration, or a commercial relationship. Production dependencies must be scoped in the applicable SOW.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness, non-infringement, availability, security, or error-free operation. Nothing on the site is legal, regulatory, financial, tax, medical, privacy, or security advice.

Planning ranges, timelines, capability statements, workflows, model outputs, and metrics are directional and not guarantees. This site does not claim guaranteed anonymisation, regulatory compliance, customer outcomes, or any certification unless expressly stated with current, verifiable evidence.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirrorFoundry and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, revenue, or opportunity arising from the public website or inability to use it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, aggregate liability arising from these Website Terms or the public site will not exceed €100. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Different terms apply under an executed customer agreement.

10. Governing terms and disputes

Mandatory rights and laws that cannot be waived continue to apply. This product-preview page does not assert a governing law, venue, or dispute process for customer services. Any future service relationship requires separate signed terms that set those matters before delivery begins.

11. Changes, severability, and contact

We may update the website and these terms. The updated date identifies the latest revision. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
